The Role:

  • Manage an established client portfolio, overseeing the delivery of financial reporting and statutory accounts.
  • Lead on more complex assignments involving audited businesses, group accounts and consolidations.
  • Build strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to develop and broaden existing engagements.
  • Mentor and develop junior colleagues, working collaboratively within a supportive team structure.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of a growing practice, with the opportunity to influence how the business evolves.

About You:

  • Strong technical experience across financial reporting and statutory accounts.
  • Exposure to audited entities, group structures and consolidations; knowledge of IFRS and FRS 101 would be advantageous.
  • Confident managing client relationships, reviewing work and supporting the development of junior team members.
  • Either an established Manager or a high-performing Assistant Manager ready to step up.

Why Consider It?

Alongside a salary of £60,000–£65,000, the benefits package includes:

  • Hybrid working: three days in the office and two from home following probation.
  • Flexible start times

  • Private medical insurance: non-contributory cover.
  • Additional benefits: salary sacrifice pension, life assurance, professional membership reimbursement and regular social events.
  • Convenient location: modern offices with free parking.

The business offers an interesting client base, a collaborative culture and the backing of a wider international organisation, creating an environment where you can continue developing technically while making a tangible contribution to the team. There will also be future progression opportunity to Senior Manager level and beyond.
