At KMMH, we place a strong emphasis on medical leadership. We actively encourage, acknowledge and highly value the leadership capabilities of all our medical staff. We offer doctors at all grades the chance to engage in leadership development and seek growth opportunities tailored to their areas of interest.
This commitment to medical leadership has been reflected in the exceptional results of last year's staff survey, where our responses exceeded the national average in multiple categories. Most notably, close to 70% of our doctors shared that they feel valued and recognised in the roles, which has resulted in increased participation and engagement in shaping our service development and delivery decisions.
