Are you a hands-on Engineer looking for a field-based role with autonomy, variety and long-term stability?

This is a great opportunity to join a market-leading equipment hire business, carrying out planned servicing and maintenance on a fleet of specialist machinery across your region. You'll work independently, manage your own schedule and play a key role in keeping equipment safe, reliable and ready for hire.

With ongoing training, strong support from the service team and genuine progression opportunities, this is an ideal role for an Engineer who enjoys being out on the road and taking ownership of their work.

The Role
* Service, inspect and maintain specialist plant equipment at customer sites
* Carry out basic mechanical and electrical repairs to keep equipment safe and operational
* Manage parts, complete service reports and work closely with the service desk to deliver planned maintenance schedules

The Person
* Experience within plant, forklift, powered access, agricultural, HGV or similar engineering environments
* Strong mechanical skills, basic electrical fault-finding ability and a full UK driving licence
* Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working independently in a customer-facing field role
