• Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (37hrs per week)
• Rate: £20 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Groundworker to join our team on a temporary basis. The role involves carrying out flagging, paving, pathways, and associated external groundworks across council-owned properties and housing stock throughout the Borough of Bury.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Carry out repairs and renewals to flags, paving, paths, steps, other external surfaces, and drainage systems.
• Undertake associated groundwork and minor masonry repairs.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service when working in occupied social housing properties.
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in flagging and groundwork repairs.
• Experience working within social housing or a similar domestic repairs environment.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Own hand tools and equipment required for the role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of health and safety requirements.
