Job Title: General Construction Labourer

Location: Swindon SN3

Pay Rate: £16.55 / hour

Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM)

Duration: Ongoing / Temp-to-Perm

About the Role

We are currently recruiting a reliable, hardworking General Labourer for a busy commercial site based in Swindon SN3 area. This role starts immediately and offers consistent hours with the opportunity for long-term work for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting skilled tradespeople (carpenters, bricklayers, plasterers) on-site

• Loading, unloading, and moving building materials across the site

• Clearing waste, maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Operating basic power tools and hand tools under supervision

• Following site health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card (Green / Skilled worker card required)

• Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis vest/jacket, steel toe-cap boots)

• Previous experience working on a construction site

• Good work ethic, punctuality, and physical fitness

• Reliable transportation to/from the site in Swindon SN3
