Mechanical Associate Director (Building Services)

This is an opportunity to join an established building services team that is delivering some of the UK's most technically challenging and high-profile projects. Working at a senior level, you'll play a key role in leading mechanical design delivery, developing client relationships, mentoring engineers and shaping the future growth of the Bristol business.
You'll be trusted to influence project strategy from concept through to completion while helping secure and deliver major schemes across a diverse portfolio of sectors.
Your new role

• Lead the delivery of complex mechanical building services projects.
• Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary design teams.
• Manage and develop client relationships across both public and private sectors.
• Support business development activities, bids and framework opportunities.
• Mentor and develop engineers, senior engineers and associates.
• Drive quality, innovation and sustainable design solutions.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and direction of the regional building services team.
  
  What you'll need to succeed
• Proven experience within a building services consultancy environment.
• Strong mechanical design background across RIBA stages.
• Experience leading and managing project teams.
• Commercial awareness and client-facing skills.
• Chartered Engineer status or working towards chartership.
• A track record of delivering projects within sectors such as commercial, defence, healthcare, infrastructure, education or industrial developments.
• Passion for developing people and growing a successful engineering team.
