Viridis Talent is seeking Senior Cost Consultants for consultancy opportunities in Fort Worth, supporting data centre construction from early cost planning through final account.
You will:
- Lead pre- and post-contract cost management for projects or major packages.
- Establish budgets, procurement strategies and commercial reporting processes.
- Evaluate contractor estimates, changes and payment applications.
- Manage contingency, risk allowances and forecast final costs.
- Present clear commercial recommendations to clients and delivery teams.
- Guide junior cost consultants and review their deliverables.
Your experience should include:
- Approximately 6–10 years in cost consultancy, quantity surveying or a comparable commercial role.
- Independent responsibility for complex construction projects.
- Strong negotiation, contract administration and client-management skills.
- Data centre or other technically demanding project experience.
MRICS, AACE or comparable professional accreditation would be advantageous.
