Are you an experienced and compassionate nurse looking to develop your career within an innovative community service?

Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT) is excited to offer an opportunity for a Band 6 Senior Staff Nurse to join our Community Intervention Team within the South West Staffordshire locality, based at Greyfriars Therapy Centre, Stafford.

  • Supporting patients with complex physical health needs.
  • Coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams and partner organisations.

The successful candidate will be confident working autonomously, whilst also contributing positively to a supportive and dynamic team environment.
