Main duties of the job
This post is for a SpR LAS in Oncology, working alongside the existing Oncology medical staff. The post-holder will be attached to a particular Consultant/Consultant's practise, and will work as part of this team, allowing for the development of a degree of site specialisation, with rotation between teams at intervals of 6-12 months to allow for a spread of experience. Whilst the needs of the service are paramount, individual training needs of the SpR LAS are taken into account in the job plans.
