What personal data does BOQQS collect?
Very little. We hold no accounts and no CVs. We process the search terms you type, standard server logs, and any email you send us. Saved listings live in your browser's local storage and are never transmitted to us. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
Because applications complete on the employer's site, any personal data you enter there is governed by their privacy policy, not ours.
If you use the help chat, we also hold the name and email you give it and the messages you send, for 12 months. The privacy policy explains who answers them and where they are stored.
You have the full set of UK GDPR rights over what little we do hold. The privacy policy explains how to exercise them and how to complain to the ICO.
