An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time administration assistant working 30 hours a week within The Integrated Community Stroke Service (ICSS). ICSS provides specialist care for Stroke and Transient Ischaemic Attack (TIA) or mini stroke patients, their families and carers throughout Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
The team consists of a Countywide Lead, Locality Team Leads, Stroke Specialist Nurses, Therapists, Business Support Supervisor, Secretaries and Administrative Assistants (this role).

Each team member is required to be flexible in contributing to the overall Trust agenda and in responding to changes in both management agenda and priorities.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be a key foundation member in providing full clerical support to various key functions within the ICSS Team to provide an efficient and effective administrative service. Be the first point of contact for all patients, their relatives, carers, health and social care professionals, referrers and visitors and ensure they are fully assisted, as required.
