Job summary
We are recruiting ACPs on a fixed term contract until 31st August 2027 to join our established and developing Primary Care service within the Rotherham Urgent and Emergency Care Centre (UECC). This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a well supported MDT.
ACPs within our service work across an extended-hours rota, including evenings and weekends, with shifts running up to midnight.
This is a varied and rewarding clinical role. ACPs contribute across key areas of the service including Urgent Primary Care, GP Out of Hours and front-door streaming within the Emergency Department/UECC.
The role requires confident clinical assessment, decision-making and risk management, alongside appropriate escalation to GP or Emergency Department colleagues where required. We are looking for ACPs who are confident working with undifferentiated patients, demonstrate sound clinical judgement and are able to work effectively within a MDT. Applicants should hold an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice, or equivalent and registered with either the NMC or HCPC.
Posts are available on a full-time or part-time basis.
