Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Building Surveyor to play a key role in developing their Exeter offering and supporting a growing client base across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of client relationships, lead a varied portfolio of projects, and help drive business growth whilst working alongside an established team of surveyors, project managers and cost consultants.

The Role
- Lead and deliver a diverse range of building surveying instructions.
- Manage refurbishment, fit-out, repair and asset improvement projects.
- Undertake professional surveys, defect diagnosis and condition assessments.
- Build and develop client relationships whilst identifying new business opportunities.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Contribute to the continued growth of the South West business.
- MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor.
- Consultancy or client-side building surveying experience.
- Strong project and professional surveying background.
- Commercially aware with excellent client-facing skills.
- Ambitious and motivated to play a key role in a growing regional team.
- A genuine opportunity to shape and grow a regional service offering.
