I'm working with a specialist construction contractor delivering high-quality residential refurbishment and construction projects across some of London's most prestigious locations.

They are looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join their team, taking responsibility for preparing accurate and competitive tenders across a varied portfolio of high-end residential projects.

The Role:

• Preparing detailed and competitive tender submissions.

• Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation.

• Producing accurate cost estimates and take-offs.

• Obtaining and analysing subcontractor quotations.

• Managing tender enquiries and liaising with suppliers.

• Working closely with the Pre-Construction and Commercial teams.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as an Estimator within construction.

• Background in high-end residential, refurbishment or prime residential projects.

• Strong understanding of construction costs and procurement.

• Ability to manage tenders from initial enquiry through to submission.

• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
