This Legal PA will support a recently joined team providing dedicated support to an allocation of 8, including 3 Partners. This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Legal PA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of the action.

The Role

• Managing complex diaries, inboxes and schedules for Partners and fee earners across the FDA & Corporate teams.
• Coordinating international travel, meetings and client events across multiple time zones.
• Opening new matters, supporting compliance processes and ensuring seamless matter management.
• Handling expenses, invoices, billing and e-billing activities with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assisting with document production, proofreading, correspondence and wider administrative support throughout the matter lifecycle.

What They're Looking For

• At least 5 years' Legal Secretary or professional services support experience.
• Proven experience supporting senior stakeholders, including Partners and leadership teams.
• Strong organisational skills with expertise in diary, travel and workload management.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A proactive, positive and team-focused approach with outstanding client service skills.
