Building Surveyor | Senior to Director Level
Colchester / Remote | £55,000 - £90,000+ DOE + Bonus

I’m working with a growing independent multidisciplinary consultancy looking to make a key hire across Building Surveying.
This is a rare opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of surveying and wants real autonomy, direct influence and scope to grow with the business.
What you’ll be doing
- Produce technical and construction drawings
- Prepare Building Regulations drawings and submissions
- Write detailed specifications and schedules of work
- Take projects from survey and feasibility through design and delivery
- Work across Building Surveying, Contract Administration and Project Management
- Build strong client relationships and help shape the service offering
What we’re looking for
- Strong Building Surveying experience
- Hands-on technical drawing capability
- Building Regulations drawing experience
- Confident specification writing
- Able to manage projects independently
- CAD experience highly desirable
- MRICS or MCIOB welcomed, but not essential
Package & flexibility
- £55,000 - £85,000+ depending on experience
- Bonus / profit-sharing opportunity
- Predominantly remote working
