Site Manager - Care Home Projects

Location: M3-M4 Corridor
Salary: Competitive Basic + Bonus + Car Allowance

A leading and highly successful main contractor, with a turnover exceeding £100m, is seeking experienced Site Managers to join their growing team and deliver a number of exciting care home developments across the M3-M4 corridor.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong pipeline of work, offering long-term career progression and the chance to work on high-quality projects from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of care home construction projects.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality and workmanship.
• Monitor programme, budgets and project performance.
• Coordinate M&E installations and oversee technical and design interfaces.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering care home projects from start to finish. ESSENTIAL
• Strong knowledge of M&E coordination, technical delivery and design management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to drive programme, quality and commercial objectives.
• Demonstrable track record of successfully managing site teams and subcontractors.
