Special Project Surveyor

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Surveyor to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering Latent Defect Projects, with a strong focus on cladding and fire safety. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction while achieving financial performance and value for money. This position requires technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Latent Defect Projects focused on cladding and fire safety.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet customers' needs.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and financial performance.
• Provide out-of-hours meeting updates to residents and stakeholders.
• Attend evening meetings as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in Building Surveying and Contract Administration.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and addressing customer concerns.
• Familiarity with procurement and contract management processes.

Education Requirements:

• Degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
• Professional certifications in surveying or project management are preferred.
