Work for a charity in Central London as a Senior Supporter Care Officer.
Permanent - £33,622 to £36,863 - Hybrid (2 days on-site, 3 days WFH).
Role Purpose
- To ensure supporters receive a positive and memorable experience when contacting the organisation by delivering high-quality, compliant and efficient supporter care operations.
- The post-holder will act as a senior operational lead within the Supporter Care function, embedding best practice in customer service, supervising and developing Supporter Care Officers and suppliers, and leading projects and process improvements that enhance supporter experience, satisfaction and retention.
- Working closely with the Supporter Care Manager and colleagues across Fundraising and the wider organisation, the Supporter Care Senior Officer will provide subject matter expertise in supporter care operations, complaints resolution and compliance.
Experience and skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ideally line management experience/exposure.
- Good work ethic, positive approach and happy to get stuck in.
