  • Partner with HR Business Partners, hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand current and future resourcing needs, agree recruitment plans, and provide constructive advice and challenge on role requirements, selection methods, timescales and market conditions.
  • Develop tailored attraction and sourcing strategies for roles at all levels, using appropriate channels including direct search, professional networks, social media, job boards and agencies.

What you will need:

  • Extensive experience of independently delivering multiple end-to-end recruitment campaigns across a range of role levels, including professional and senior roles, covering attraction, direct sourcing, assessment, selection and offer management.
  • Experience of people management, prioritising workloads and supporting performance and development.
  • Credible recruitment-partnering and communication skills, with the ability to advise, influence and constructively challenge at all levels.
  • Good working knowledge of UK employment law, immigration and data protection requirements relevant to recruitment, including equality, inclusive selection, contracts and UK GDPR.
  • Strong planning, prioritisation, judgement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance personal delivery and team oversight.
