Odstock ward is a regional burns and plastics department, and part of a national network providing specialist nursing care.
The right candidate will bring up-to-date burns and plastics expertise, help with referrals, work closely with the trauma coordination team to triage, signpost, and potentially admit patients straight to the ward, and deliver top-quality care in the inpatient setting while supporting the team.
We actively encourage personal growth with in-house training, apprenticeships, and university courses.
You'll be working with a highly skilled and passionate multidisciplinary team--therapists, surgeons, dietitians, psychologists, and the safeguarding team--to rehabilitate, reconstruct, and support patients throughout their journey.
