You will play an important role in keeping our portfolio of digital change moving, supporting the coordination and triage of requests, tracking progress, organising key meetings and activities, and ensuring high-quality documentation and governance.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in being organised and wants to develop their career in digital healthcare, business analysis and change management.

A key part of the role will be directly supporting the Chief Clinical Information Officer (CCIO) and Chief Nursing Information Officer (CNIO), alongside supporting Business Analysis and Change colleagues across Digital Healthcare.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing and triaging new requests, tracking ongoing work, coordinating meetings and activities, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and supporting resourcing, recruitment and knowledge management.

We are looking for someone highly organised, proactive and dependable, with good communication skills and attention to detail. You will be comfortable managing competing priorities, engaging confidently with colleagues at all levels and using your initiative while working within established processes and governance arrangements.
