Multi Trade Operative

Enjoy a 3–6 month contract earning £21 per hour, working alongside an experienced installer and carrying out a variety of building repairs and making-good works. This Multi Trade Operative role offers consistent work, varied daily tasks and the opportunity to join an established team with a strong workload.
You'll be working alongside an experienced installation team, completing essential repairs following boiler and gas fire removals. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Multi Trade Operative who enjoys hands-on work and can confidently carry out repairs across multiple trades.
I'd love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Multi Trade Operative, Multi Skilled Tradesperson, General Builder or Property Maintenance Operative.
As a Multi Trade Operative you will be:

• Carrying out boiler boxing and general making-good works
• Repairing and making good flue holes following boiler and gas fire removals
• Completing brickwork repairs and patch plastering
• Carrying out chimney pot repairs and associated works
• Completing roof and tile repairs
• Supporting installers with general building and maintenance tasks

I'd love to speak to anyone who has:

• Experience across multiple building trades
• Strong brickwork, plastering and general repair skills
• Experience with roofing repairs and replacing roof tiles
• The ability to work independently and alongside installation teams
• A reliable approach and good attention to detail
