About the Role
We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy, friendly distribution team in Telford. You will play a key part in keeping goods moving — picking, packing, loading and keeping the warehouse running smoothly.
No experience is needed. Full training is given, including forklift training for the right people, and there are real opportunities to progress into team leader roles.
Key Responsibilities- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised
- Checking stock and reporting any damage or shortages
- Working to daily targets as part of a supportive team
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Orders go out accurately and on time
- You are reliable, punctual and a positive part of the team
- Safety standards are always followed
- Reliable, hard-working and punctual
- Able to work on your feet and handle physical tasks
- Good attention to detail
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Previous warehouse experience is welcome but not essential
- Above-average pay for the Telford area
- Regular hours with overtime available
- Full training, including forklift certification
- Progression into team leader roles
